🌟 FUTURE LEADERS IN ACTION! 🌟
Our Strayhorn High School students had an incredible time last week exploring future career paths through local job shadowing experiences! A huge thank you to our local community partners for hosting our students and giving them real-world insight into healthcare, education, and veterinary medicine.
Here is where our Mustangs were learning last week:
Senatobia Animal Hospital (Special thanks to Dr. Kendall Meeks!) Karley Green
Hernando Middle School (Graciela Brooks had a great time shadowing in 6th grade!) Additionally, Gracie got to teach a lesson here at SHS in Mrs. Smith's classroom this week.
Highland Hills : Cincere Addison, Marley Coleman, Camerann Snell, Amiyah Barnes, Madison Dorsey, Kelci Williams, and Graciela Brooks! 👏✨
We are so proud of your hard work and dedication to your future!! These are just a few of the pics from last week!! Our Mustangs are out again this week! Stay tuned to see where their paths take them this week!!!

What. A. GAME.
Our Mustangs came out swinging in their first game of the season and battled all the way to the final whistle, falling just short to Potts Camp, 40–36.
And that FOURTH QUARTER?! 🔥
That was Mustang football. Heart. Grit. Fight. Pride. They never folded, never quit, and gave us a glimpse of just how dangerous this team can be.
It’s only up from here. Next stop: West Memphis Christian.
A huge thank you to Extreme Auto Sales for continuing to support Strayhorn Athletics and helping our football program get its equipment and game-day gear safely down the road. We are grateful for community partners who invest in our kids and help make nights like this possible.
Support the businesses that support our Mustangs! ❤️💙
MUSTANG GRIT. MUSTANG PRIDE.
We’re just getting started.
