Our students came ready, dressing as elderly folks to “put Potts Camp in the nursing home.” 👵👴 The football team showed up dressed to impress—and they brought that same energy to the field, pulling off a 28–24 win in the season opener! 🏈🔥
The night was complete with our kiddy cheerleaders’ performance and the Strayhorn Band’s debut of this year's show. What a way to kick off the season! 🎶📣

Parents, grandparents, and all drivers who drop off or pick up students: PLEASE enter at the west entrance by the football stadium. Two lanes will be set up to help prevent traffic from backing up onto Hwy 4. It doesn’t matter which lane you use—both will merge into one. Please stay off your phones and keep traffic moving closely together to ensure a smooth, efficient process.
If you are dropping off or picking up elementary students, please follow the directions of staff members wearing safety vests. Thank you, and have a MUSTANG day!

To maintain a positive, distraction-free learning environment, all students are expected to follow the Tate County Student Dress Code. It can be found on the Tate County School Website!
🔹 Shorts/skorts/dresses must be knee-length.
🔹 No exposed skin above the knee (even with rips/holes in pants).
🔹 Shirts must have sleeves and cover the midriff, back, and chest.
🔹 No pajamas, house shoes, or visible undergarments.
🔹 Clothing with inappropriate language, images, or symbols is not allowed.
🔹 Hats, hoods, blankets, and sunglasses (indoors) are not permitted.
🔸 Enforcement Steps:
1️⃣ Warning & parent contact
2️⃣ Parent must bring clothes or student goes to ISD
3️⃣ ISD (2–3 days)
