Our teachers, custodians, maintenance staff, and support staff worked all summer to prepare for this moment. Now that our students are back, they are building relationships, teaching their hearts out, and working hard to make Strayhorn a place where everyone wants to be.

Morning drop-off will remain the same. Families will enter through the gate behind the football field, drop off at the appropriate school, and may exit onto Mustang Drive.
The change begins after morning drop-off. During the school day, the Mustang Drive entrance and exit will be closed. All daytime traffic must enter AND exit through the gate behind the football field. This will help us keep vehicles away from our playgrounds during the school day.
We have also moved student drivers to the parking lot closest to the high school. Please drive slowly and carefully as you travel through that area.
For afternoon car rider pick-up, the line will not be allowed past the gate until all buses have left and the student parking lot is empty.
Please review these maps before Friday. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to keep traffic moving and our students safe!

Before the first bell rings on the first day of school, our seniors will gather one last time before their final year officially begins. It's a chance to slow down, enjoy breakfast together, reconnect with classmates, and kick off senior year the right way.
